Cafiza Espresso Machine Cleaning Powder is a concentrated formula that eliminates residue in group heads, valves, and machine lines for a more efficient machine and better tasting product.

Used to backflush semi-commercial and commercial espresso machines as well as cleaning any metal parts such as screens and filter baskets. Cafiza is not a decalcifier and should not be dissolved in a reservoir or put through a boiler.
