Lemon Blueberry Compote
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
3 Tbsps. Granulated Sugar
3 Tbsps. Water
¼ Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Monin Lemon Syrup

Instructions

Simmer blueberries, sugar, water & salt until they begin to thicken. Remove from heat & cool to room temperature. Then add lemon syrup & mix until well combined. Refrigerate until use.
