Mechanical Warewash Rinse’s concentrated formula is both efficient and economical. Its excellent water conditioning promotes spot-free dishware, in all water hardness conditions, and can be used in both high and low temperature dishwashing applications. This product is cRc approved.

Directions

Use Dilution: Concentration varies due to environmental conditions. Your sanitation specialist will adjust properly to meet your needs.

For Low Temperature Warewashing: 1. Pre-flush and/or scrape dishes before washing. 2. Rack dishes properly. Place dishes in machine. 3. Wash using a recommended warewash detergent. 4. For rinse cycle, use this product. 5. Sanitize using a recommended chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm. Test using chlorine test papers or a liquid chlorine test kit. 6. Allow dishes to air dry.

For High Temperature Warewashing: 1. Pre-flush and/or scrape dishes before washing. 2. Rack dishes properly. Place dishes in machine. 3. Wash using a recommended warewash detergent. Maintain wash temperature at 150°-160°F. 4. For rinse cycle, use this product. Maintain rinse temperature at 180°-190°F. 5. Allow dishes to air dry.
