Sanitizer E.S. is an effective sanitizer for all food contact surfaces when cleaned and processed through an approved mechanical warewash operation.

This chlorine-based sanitizer that can be used on pots, pans, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils and other surfaces commonly cleaned in a mechanical warewash operation.

Sanitizer E.S. is an EPA registered product, is cRc approved, and has an NSF registration of D2.

Directions
It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Utensil Sanitization: Pre-flush utensils and glasses whenever possible. Wash in first tank using recommended detergent. Rinse in second tank.
Sanitize in 2 ounces to 5 gallon solution (200ppm). Immerse all utensils for at least 2 minutes or for contact time specified by governing sanitary
code. Place sanitized utensils on a clean, sanitized rack or drainboard to air dry.

Low-Temperature Warewash Sanitization: Pre-flush or scrape before washing. Rack dishes properly. Place dishes in machine. Wash using a
recommended warewash detergent for low temperature washing. In rinse cycle, use a recommended rinse additive. Sanitize using this product at
50 ppm. Adjust sanitizer pump to dispense proper solutions. Allow dishes to air dry.
