Open Star Tip: Designed with an open star piping tip, it produces lightly-grooved icing patterns. Can create shells, stars, fleur-de-lis, rosettes & flowers. The open star design produces a subtle texture great for an upscale yet subtle presentation.

1/2 Inch Opening: This 1/2-inch open star pastry tube allows foodservice establishments to easily decorate cakes, cupcakes, pies and other confections with a lightly grooved patterned icing. With its 1/2 inch opening, it provides excellent control & precision.

Stainless Steel Construction: Constructed out of durable stainless steel. It is rust-resistant & designed to withstand repeated use without bending out of shape.
